VTB Capital buys 350 mln Aeroflot shares for 21 bln rbl in SPO

MOSCOW, Oct 13 (PRIME) -- VTB Capital has acquired 350 million shares of Russia’s national flagship air carrier Aeroflot for 21 billion rubles in a recent secondary public offering (SPO), the airline said in a statement on Tuesday.

Aeroflot announced the SPO on September 21. The price was set at 60 ruble apiece.
